He needed his brand identity to represent the quality of his work in the best light so that it would make an immediate, high quality impression with new clients.
Despite Mr. Carmine's stellar work, his brand identity, salon and advertising did not match the quality of his work.
The salon wasn’t branded to appeal to the clientele being targeted
The appearance of the salon did not allow it to distinguish itself from competitors
